DC Drives Overview
Mentor II is a reliable, flexible and powerful digital dc drive that is available both in non-regenerative and regenerative configurations. It accepts a wide range of supply voltage from 208 to 480 Vac with special units rated at 525/660 Vac ratings available on order. The power of the drive may be further enhanced by adding a coprocessor for programming and/or fieldbus communication capabilities. More on the Mentor II
Quantum III is a modified Mentor II offered in the same footprint by adding a dc loop contactor, high-speed input fuses and 115Vac control logic, provision to accept ac/dc tachometer feedback and dc output fuse on all regenerative models. It saves engineering time and panel space that makes it ideal for North American customers. More on the Quantum III
Focus 1 is a simple and reliable low cost non-regenerative analog dc drive that is offered in both chassis and Nema1 enclosures. Focus 3 is another enhanced version of analog dc drive that can be run in closed loop with a tacho-generator feedback offered in chassis and is offered both in non-regenerative and regenerative control versions. Focus 3 is offered in both chassis and NEMA 4/12 enclosures. Fincor brand offers simple and low cost analog as well as digital dc drives. Both regenerative and non-regenerative configurations are available.
